Featuring more than 10 dedicated test beds, we can test open-type, canopy-type and containerized generator sets using inductive and resistive loads.

With 3.5MW resistive load capacity, 2MVAr inductive load capacity and 1500kVAr capacitive load capacity, we are able to test low-voltage and high-voltage generator sets, as well as multiple units operating in parallel, to simulate real-site conditions and installations.

Test Procedure

1. Impact Load TestWe first test the generator¡¯s ability to withstand shock loads, verifying that its response meets the specified rated voltage, frequency and recovery time limits. You can monitor real-time transient voltage and frequency graphs.
2. Full Function & Protection TestIn the second phase, we verify all functions of the generator by simulating protection alarms and shutdown sequences, allowing you to observe its performance and safety, so you can be confident it will run reliably at your site.
3. Rated Load Verification TestThe final stage is the load verification test. We demonstrate that your generator can sustain its rated load for a specified duration, depending on whether it is rated for continuous or standby power. Key parameter readings are recorded at scheduled intervals in accordance with your specific requirements.
